CrossFit Fornix is a custom designed facility that caters for Individual and group CrossFit sessions as well as personal training and individualised strength and conditioning programs for sporting clubs or athletes.

At CrossFit Fornix we are not interested in packing our classes full of so many people that it becomes an unsafe and unpleasant experience. We specialise in small groups to enable high quality coaching with a focus on correct technique

The COACHES at CrossFit Fornix are both certified Club Weightlifting/ Sports Power coaches so you can be assured you will learn to lift with correct technique without compromising safety to achieve the best results.

At CrossFit Fornix we believe that nutrition is one of the most powerful things that can create or cure ill health and that good nutrition goes hand in hand with good training. Louise is a qualified and passionate Nutritionist eager to share her extensive knowledge and experience with all.

CrossFit programming may seem random to the client and that’s a good thing! But the fact is that CrossFit workouts are in reality anything but random. Great CrossFit coaches make sure everything is well thought out weeks or sometimes months ahead of time. That’s the difference between joining a mediocre box and an exceptional one. We are indeed the latter.

CrossFit workouts need to account for many different domains. The “unknown and unknowable” is one of CrossFit’s key concepts. However, this is only in regards to the client. The programmer should know everything being thrown at an athlete and why. If you’re constantly crushing people that is not good for the body and can most likely lead to an injury. If you’re working the same muscles over and over again and do not take the time to rehab, prehab and mobilise you will also be more prone to injury.
