Adrian began CrossFit in January of 2013 and has relentlessly persued the positive evolution of body, mind and spirit since. Adrian believes fitness is an important ingredient in the recipe for living a healthy, fulfilling and purposeful life, in that fitness is a constant; it will teach you more about yourself as a person than most things in your life ever will. Adrian teaches CrossFit as a means to keep you free from illness and injury, and to increase your functional capabilities physically and mentally to enable you to do the things that are most important to you in everyday life at full capacity, that is; to express who you truly are and what you are truly capable of.
