2 strict pull ups (or ring row)

20 second front of shoulder stretch (seated)

Metcon

AMRAP 17 minutes

1 rope climb.

25 sumo-deadlift high pull (35kg/25kg/25kg/20kg)

1 ring dips

25 thrusters (35kg/25kg/25kg/20kg)

* increase rope climb & dip by 1 rep each round
