Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

A. 30 Feet together squats

60sec Farmers carry hold – heavy (aim for 24kg/16kg each hand)

20 Toe spot squats (10 each side)

30sec Suitcase hold each side

10 Pistol -ve’s (5 each side) – can roll out of bottom

Accessory

A: Farmer’s Carry (find a heavy 40 meters)

B: Pistols (weighted) (3 x 15)

15 reps on one leg before moving to other leg. 15 reps must be completed on each leg for set to count.
