Perform the following drills from step 1 to 5 at 160bpm, 180bpm and 200bpm

1. Heels down – no arms

2. Heels down + arms

3. knees up – no arms

4. knees up + arms

5. Knees up + arms, lean forward and accelerate 7 – 10 meters
