CrossFit Teens

The CrossFit Teens program is a strength and conditioning program designed for juniors to improve their athleticism and assist them to progress in their sport or in day to day life. The program aims to enhance Cardio & Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Power, Speed, Agility, Accuracy, Flexibility, Coordination, and Balance to help teens prosper not only in their sport/activity of choice but also in their everyday lives. Each class will challenge the students physically as well as mentally through many movements.
