10 Tall kneeling (both knees on ground, hips extended) single arm bottoms up KB strict press

10 Tall kneeling single arm KB upright row

10 KB Woodchops –


A: Push Press (5 x 4 @ 75%)


B: Upright Row (2 x 15)

C: Metcon (Time)

For as long as possible

Front plank

Left side plank

Right side plank

(changing every 30 seconds)
