10 Bottoms up KB strict press (Rnd 1 Left – Rnd 2 Right…)

15sec Active hang

2 Strict pull ups (attempts)

B. Max plate hold against chest in bottom of squat (25kg/20kg)


A: Push Jerk (5 x 4 @ 75%)


B: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

1 minute max Sandbag squats (55kg/40kg/40kg/30kg) – front hold
