Can build or hold weight across working sets. Start at 70% of hang power clean if possible.

B: High Hang Power Clean (4 x 3)

Can build or hold weight across working sets. Start at 70% of hang power clean if possible.

C: Hang Power Clean (4 x 3 )

Can build or hold weight across working sets. Start at 70% if possible.
