Warm-up (No Measure)

A. 2 rounds

60sec Plank

6 Bottoms up KB strict press each side

30sec Side plank each side

8 1/2 kneeling bottoms up KB strict press each side – same hand as high knee

60sec Handstand hold


A: Push Press (2 x 5 at 85% of 1RM)

B: Push Press (2 x 3 at 90% of 1RM)

C: Push Press (2 x 1 at max)


Metcon (Time)

50 GHD sit-ups
