*Weight will increment each round as follows:

Rnd 1 = 35kg/25kg

Rnd 2 = 40kg/30kg

Rnd 3 = 50kg/35kg

Rnd 4 = 60kg/40kg

Rnd 5 = 65kg/42.5kg
